Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total)
Smoking: Smoking allowed: in designated areas
Smoking: Cleanup all remnants of smoking or fees will incur
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Ensure all dishes and cookware have been thoroughly cleaned and stored. If a FEW items didnt get clean, leave those in the dishwasher.

We stayed here recently on a trip to LA to visit some of the studios, Hollywood, Burbank, and Malibu. Great location if you are looking to stay in the northern end of the LA area. The home is beautiful and the backyard is a wonderful relaxing retreat. Would absolutely stay again!!
