About this stay

Enjoy a stylish experience at our centrally- located home. Less than 2 mies from the World Renown Texas Medical Center. Relax and unwind in our luxurious and skillfully decorated home. A peaceful retreat after exploring all the Houston has to offer. This home has a lot of Natural light, we have a large Upscale Kitchen for cooking and every Bedroom has an Ensuite attached. Close to NRG, Toyota Center, Museum District, Hobby Center for Preforming Arts, U or H and the George R. Brown Convention Center. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: If you have a dog please pick up the poop in the back yard. The cleaning fee is to shampoo the carpets after your stay.

The home was well appointed with a casual upscale feel. Spacious well lit and wonderful amenities and decor. The location is quiet and I easily walked to the park each day. The owner made sure check-in was smooth and let me know she was available if needed. I will return!

Place is perfect, especially for the hospital district. Three bedrooms all with full bathrooms, clean new kitchen and a full size garage.
