Beautiful, cozy entire single family home with 3 bedrooms and 2 large bathroom. - A Master bedroom with private bathroom. - 2nd room near a large bathroom. - 3rd room with 2 twins bed. -a sofa bed in the living room. House is in a wonderful neighborhood in downtown Fort Lauderdale with full kitchen, dining room, living room, private huge garden and driveway to park up to 4 cars. great place for a group of family or friends with Large or small pets. This lovely home is ready to accommodate up to 7 guests. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 4 pets total)
Pets: No unregistered pets allowed. No pet on furniture.
Smoking: Smoking allowed: in designated areas
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Please:
✅ Turn off all lights.
✅ Set the AC to 78°F.
✅ Place fan remotes and TV controls in their designated spots.
Check-out instructions: ✅ Dispose of trash in sealed bags in the outdoor black garbage cans and recycle in blue can. (no bulk items).
Check-out instructions: ✅ Lock the door and return the keys to the lockbox.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-fees applies to lost keys and remotes to appliances including ceiling fan controls and TV control.
-NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE.
-NO PARTY, No loud music, No loud noises.
-No Overnight visitors. They consider as extra guests.

House is very comfortable, clean and located close to everything, Mona is very easy to communicate, i stayed there for 23 nights, i had 0 problem.. i will recommend the house and i will try stay there on my next trip to Ft Lauderdade..
