Rated as \ this is a very comfortable and welcoming home with two bedrooms plus den in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, yet located just 8-10 minutes away from the beach and entertainment in Las Olas and within a 10-minute walk from Publix, Walgreens, high-end and quick service restaurants, banks, and anything else you might want or need for a comfortable stay. Very spacious and full of natural light, the den is arranged as a home office. Hardwood floors, central AC, granite countertop kitchen, and fresh paint in walls, ceiling, and closets. All furniture and furnishings are from 2023. One bathroom, private backyard with deck, perfect for relaxing afternoons and grilling. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Be sure to clean the outdoor grill to avoid an extra $75 cleaning fee.
Check-out instructions: Leave the porch lights on.
Check-out instructions: Follow all instructions in the check out procedure.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No events/parties. No fireworks of any kind. No loud music that may disturb the neighbors. No smoking or vaping. Violations will get a $500 fee.
Do not tamper with or disconnect any element of the security system. Violations will be subject to a fee of $300 per occurrence.
For stays of 7 or more days, trash and recyclables bins must be taken out on Wednesday night (11th street) and must be rolled in on Thursday at noon.
