About this stay
The space This is my favorite house. Classic mid century home completely remodeled 4 bedroom / 2 bath. Fully appointed kitchen. Lots of tropical outdoor space with gorgeous pool. High speed internet. New house water purification system. We are not a corporate Airbnb we are hands on and we will try to make your stay fantastic Guest access. Entire property. Very private Other things to note House is equipped with nest alarm system with cameras. The cameras are disabled when they alarm is not engaged. If you have any questions please let me know. House is also fitted with pentair water purification system Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking allowed: in designated areas
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
trash will need to be put out Tuesday and Friday night for pickup. please check the sign on the refrigerator and house manual for correct bins

The house was great, very well supplied and superior to most other rentals we have had!

Great stay, great location and easy to work with.

We were to families with teenagers and we stayed here for 6 nights. The checking in process was smooth and communication with Pieter was easy. We had a great time here. We had several day trips to Miami which was pretty close.

The property was nice and convenient to the Ft Lauderdale area and definitely very nice place to relax and unwind the pool was very nice and the beds were a dream to sleep on. The host was very nice and responsive. The beach was about a 10 min ride with traffic with good restaurants and beach access and had everything you needed to go to the beach at the house. The house had everything you need.
