The Space: DISCLAIMER: While each CozySuite is designed according to our style and décor standards, pictures shown above are representative photos of our units at this property, and floor plans, furniture, décor, and views may vary slightly depending on the unit. This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities: - Fully equipped kitchen - Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! - Complimentary coffee HVAC - this building uses a state of the art heat pump system that complies with its historical preservation status. It will keep the unit in a comfortable 68-74 degrees comfort range through the year but guests are not able to individually change their thermostats Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 king bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed Living Room: 1 sofabed Wheelchair accessible! The Neighborhood: Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the Warehouse District is a dynamic neighborhood often associated with the nearby North Loop. Known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere, the area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. The Warehouse District offers a diverse selection of rentals, from upscale apartments in modern developments to chic lofts in repurposed warehouses. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Getting Around: Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere. We find the location and downtown to be very walkable as well :) Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. Want to enhance your stay? We offer a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable—like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in/late checkout (when available), and more. The pictures provided may be of some unit in the building, but were definitely not the one we received access to. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths with access to all the amenities shown. Since we spent the majority of our time enjoying the city, it was fine. However, we were disappointed. Also, be aware that there is no parking provided, so you will be paying for street parking or a parking ramp and walking a few blocks. Once we arrived, the host were very responsive to our questions and checked in regularly. Also be aware that you receive your check in instructions just 2 hours before check in. You will also need to download an app to access the building and apartment. We enjoyed our stay.
