We spent at week at this Ft. Lauderdale location-grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren-numbering 9 in all. The layout is excellent (all on one floor) and the property provides a great deal of safety, privacy and space. Note that bedroom 5 is part of the poolhouse and exercise area. The pool is terrific. The management with Zachary and Warren is absolutely superb. House neat, clean, exactly as represented on website, and great location to beach and airport.

We had a great time in this property . We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor spaces provide many options for gathering with your family . Communication and location was great . Could have an update for the bunk beds and media room but we were still able to enjoy both spaces . Kitchen is a bit small but it has everything you need including plates , cups, baking needs , toaster , blender, coffe maker , etc
I recommend this house for large families since the outdoor has alot of potential to enjoy!!

Such a fun house in a great location! A short walk to the beach, coffee shops, ice cream shop and restaurants made everything so convenient. The check in process was easy and communication with the owner was outstanding. The pool and hot tub were clean and the heat for the pool worked well. We had 11 people staying at the house and it never felt crowded. The house backs up to a busy road but the backyard has lots of waterfall features that drowns out the noise of the road making the backyard so peaceful and relaxing. We definitely recommend this place for your next getaway.

We had 10 girls here for a bachelorette trip and we had an absolute blast! This property is beautiful, private, and has all the amenities you’d need! I only left a 4 star for neighborhood because of the noise restrictions past 10 pm. However, we stayed in the house or at the bars usually at night time and it wasn’t an issue. We couldn’t find enough forks for our large group but the property manager brought some for us quickly! Communication was always clear and quick. I highly recommend this property for any large group event!
