Children: Please be vigilant near the pool, hot tub and dock

Events: Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties

Events: Required to message event details before booking

Pets: Pets allowed: limit 3 total

Pets: Please message me pet breed.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher

Check-out instructions: Gather used towels

Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out instructions: You will be messaged full check out instructions the day before departure.

Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guest must message in advance of booking any event details for Host approval. Any undisclsed event is subject to reservation cancellation and eviction

Extra charge for excessive heating of pool/hot tub and heater must not be left on overnight or if not actively using the pool or hot tub.

The Rental Agreement and Terms are accepted by the Renter. *It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence

Great and beautiful House! Close to las olas for night life and amazing amenities at house with multiple tvs and space for large groups! Everyone in my group loved the layout and space for 8 adults and perfect for football watching and hanging out!

Host were awesome and fast responding. They provide everything needed. Will be back!!

Nikki and Kevin are amazing hosts. The communication prior to arrival and during our stay was unbelievable!!! The house is amazing!! We were a party of 8 and the property was spacious. The house is located within 15-20 of the Fort Lauderdale airport and/or cruise port depending on the time of day. We also rented the pontoon boat which is in the backyard right on the water. We had such a great time. Thank you again Nikki and Kevin!
