This is a lovely home in a quiet family neighborhood, with many family friendly features. There are 4 TVs with cable , smart TVs .Internet is through Xfinity and has a strong WIFI signal throughout the house. There is free parking; 2 spots depending on vehicle size. The house is very private with a private fenced-in back yard , where guests can lounge by and swim in the warm pool and catch plenty of sun, its great for evening family Fun under a tropical tiki hut We are located 20 min from the Ft Lauderdale airport and walking distance to Federal Highway #1, which has many great bars, shops publix and restaurants The neighborhood is clean and quiet great for a walks . The ocean is a short drive ,and is full of fantastic clubs, bars and restaurants. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
