About this stay
Located less than three miles to the beach, 2.5 miles to Wilton Manors. And less than two miles to Las Olas Blvd. and the vibrant downtown Fort Lauderdale area with wonderful shopping, dining, and entertainment districts. The Key West Flamingo house offers a non-pull-out sofa for one and a roll away bed for one if you wish to add two extra people. Each at an additional $15.00 charge. There is a flat screen in each bedroom and one in the living room. This quaint house sits on a property with another full house the Hawaiian a 3/2 and two other tropical bungalows. Each a 1/1. We have a shared swimming pool for all. Two outdoor dining areas with gas grills. Plenty of green tropical space for relaxing or playing a game of croquet, bean bag toss aka corn hole, And dart rings. And whatever else we can come up with. Laundry, free internet, and assigned parking available. Beginning the middle part of November, through the first part of January the entire property will be decorated for Christmas. Some with indoor Christmas trees, all with festive decorations. And outdoors will be a mini Christmas Wonderland..

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: Pets must be leached at all times.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: At “CB” we do things a little differently. It’s your vacation. Although we do ask you throw out any food, to help keep our property varmint free, we will strip the beds and gather the towels.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep all doors and windows closed if the Air Conditioner is on.
Please do not leave personal items at the pool when you are not using the pool. This is a shared pool, guest will bring their own personal items.
