About this stay
The Birdhouse, a unique vacation rental in downtown Minneapolis @ the corner of 10th St and Hennepin Ave. Spanning 715 square feet, comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with 2 BR w/ queen-sized beds, 1 BA, a full kit, and a cozy living rm w/ stunning views. Located on the 2nd floor, please note that there is no elevator. Paid street parking is available, along with a parking ramp just across the street. Due to its central location, some street noise may be present, particularly on weekends. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Stayed here for a week with work. Very convenient location. We (one single adult bedroom and one bedroom with a couple and a dog) loved the open lighting and ease of getting to and from places. We felt that the apartment was a little dusty, with simple amenities considering the cost of the stay. Overall, we enjoyed the space and our interactions with the host enough that we would consider staying again.

This place is perfectly located for concerts and sporting events in downtown Minneapolis. Also, there are some amazing pubs within a short walk. Although the street noise can be a bit loud when you’re trying to sleep, it’s nothing some white noise can’t fix. A great choice!
