SERVICE ANIMALS: The only animals that are exempt from fees are service animals, and guests must disclose them prior to arrival. MAXIMUM OCCUPANY • Home sleeps 8 in beds • Maximum occupancy restrictions do not include up to 2 children under the age of 12 years old QUIET HOURS: 10 pm to 8 am DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS • Requests to change booking dates that would result in a shorter stay once the cancellation policy has gone into effect will not be approved. • Once the cancellation policy goes into effect, you may not request date changes for future dates that would allow for complimentary cancellation. HURRICANE SEASON June 1st - November 30th We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters, as we do not allow cancellations outside of the agreed cancellation policy for inclement weather.
