Your en suite bathroom has double sinks, shower, private toilet and large walk in closet with in built-in drawers. The two additional bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with plush queen-sized beds and feature smart televisions for your entertainment and convenience. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the garage has 4 bicycles, plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella, and pool floats. Enjoy the community pool with a hot tub located just one short block away. Lely Resort is home to two fabulous public golf courses which can be booked directly and as well as countless amenities. Access downtown Naples with all its upscale and award winning restaurants and shopping - a mere 15 mins way. Countless beaches are also only a short car ride away from the home. The world famous East Naples Community Park has 65 Pickleball Courts located 7 minutes away. Marco Island with its pristine beaches and beautiful sunsets is a mere 16 minutes away.
