Welcome to the heart of beautiful, sunny Naples! Your new home away from home. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is centrally-located in the Downtown of Naples. Everything is within walking distance or minutes drive away. Shops, restaurants, bars, & the beach. You’ll love your time spent here in downtown. This is a vacation apartment that I'm sure you would love and appreciate. Enjoy soaking up the sun by the pool or roam around the area. The place is conveniently close to the center of town, miles of white, sugar sand beaches, and several local attractions, this apartment is a fantastic home base that can accommodates up to 6 people for that next trip to Naples! The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and entertain, and the spacious living and dining rooms provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. There is space for parking. The bright spacious house will make you feel clean and comfortable! The home has fully furnishings. Enjoy a stylish experience at this place. The whole apartment can be access by the guest. I will not be available when you check in or during your stay because we value your privacy. However, if you need anything or if you have concerns or questions feel free to contact me. Lowdermilk Park The apartment is centrally-located, and you can everything in the area such as restaurants, hospital, market, convenience store, parks and others. There is parking space in the location. Please do not leave windows open when not in residence. This will prevent rain and/or unwanted pest from entering into your unit. You are responsible for the removal of your trash. There is a dumpster outside the building for disposal. Smoking or Vaping will result in an additional $300.00 cleaning fee. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location, clean and well maintained. Nice kitchen and appliances, nice flat screen tv and WiFi signal. This is a ground floor unit making it necessary to keep curtains closed for the most part so it’s pretty dark. Furniture is very dated, especially in the bedroom which could use new bedding. Upstairs tenants were dragging furniture across the floor all day making it feel like I was living beneath a bowling alley.

Location was great can walk to beach, coffee and restaurants. That’s about all I can say good about this property. I had to call the contact because I never received access information. The beds need replaced, cheap linens and pillows. Says it has a pull out couch but it doesn’t there was an air mattress in the closet. I know it’s FL but the giant cockroach that greeted me in the bathroom in the middle of the night was not great. I would not stay here again

We vacation in Naples every year and this was one of our least favorite properties. We expected to have our own washer and dryer but it was shared by the whole building and a few days completely monopolized by the cleaners. We were left one roll of toilet paper so had to go buy more, and the holder was broken. The beach chairs were unusable. The pool was cold and not appealing to sit by. The towels and bedding were the cheapest possible. I would not recommend or ever stay at this property again.

It was nice to be able to walk to 5th Ave and to the Beach. The bathroom was too small for our group. The outdoor furniture and fire pit need to be replaced. The pool and pool furniture were fine. We had a long drive to Fort Myers and ended up moving North after 1 night... I wish we could've received some kind of money back for the other nights, but I get that it is not their policy.
