Everything is within walking distance or a minute's drive away. Shops, restaurants, bars, & the beach. You’ll love your time spent here downtown. This is a vacation apartment that I'm sure you would love and appreciate. Enjoy soaking up the sun by the pool or roam around the area. The place is conveniently close to the center of town, miles of white, sugar sand beaches, and several local attractions, this apartment is a fantastic home base that can accommodates up to 6 people for that next trip to Naples! The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and entertain, and the spacious living and dining rooms provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. There is space for parking. The bright spacious house will make you feel clean and comfortable! The home has full furnishings. Enjoy a stylish experience at this place. The whole apartment can be access by the guest. Lowdermilk Park The apartment is centrally-located, and you can everything in the area such as restaurants, hospital, market, convenience store, parks and others. There is parking space in the location. Please do not leave windows open when not in residence. This will prevent rain and/or unwanted pest from entering into your unit. You are responsible for the removal of your trash. There is a dumpster outside the building for disposal. Smoking or Vaping will result in an additional $300.00 cleaning fee. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
