This pool is heated to 85 degrees and it can be naturally warmer in the summer and fall months. Additionally there is a shared parking lot for the condo with 1 space dedicated for each unit in the building with an additional 2 guest spaces on a first come first serve basis. This condo comes with 2 beach chairs. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. This condo is located in the city of Naples and has a 30 day minimum # of nights required and it is strictly enforced. This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation. Our prices include all fees.
