Lots of space , everything you need for the perfect family vacation The villa located 5 minutes from the shopping center and the beach . You & your family can enjoy the entire villa , the backyard with the pool , grill and dining area . you have a privet garage incase you have a car and you can also find couple of bikes for you to enjoy while you stay with us! Easy check in/ check out- look box with key . We will always be available for you for anything you need during your stay. Quiet, centrally located, Family oriented, close to shopping center , beach , theaters , restaurants and more Private parking in the Villa and tons of parking on the streets where the shopping center and the beach We allow 1 pet per reservation, we have 150$ charge that is not refundable and we will need to do a walkthrough when checking in / checking out. No parties NO SMOKING Early check-in/ late check out- depends on availability. Up to 2 hours before check in/ after checkout - 150$ fee More then 2 hours before check in/ after checkout-250$ fee ** the primarily guests have to be during the stay and at check-in.
