We had a dream of having a beach house in Naples for a very long time. Finally our dream came true and we can't wait to host you in our house. The entire house was just fully renovated. It is located in one of the most prestigious gated communities - Briarwood Court, 15 min from one of the best beaches in the world and downtown Naples. The house is surrounded by a beautiful lush tropical greenery. A four bedroom and three bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people. Features heated pool, hot tub, privacy fence, updated kitchen with granite countertops. Living room includes a comfortable seating area, leather sofa, TV and additional lounge area. Outdoors there is a covered lanai area which is lovely to sit under while enjoying lunch or if you want to enjoy a shade or hide from the rain and still enjoy the outside. There is a patio table with chairs for 8 people and 2 sun loungers so you can relax poolside. Next to the hot tub you will find a comfortable teardrop wicker chair to relax with a drink, read a book, or have your Instagram moment. While house is close to the street and there is some noise from the passing by vehicles, we hope you enjoy the poolside with fun music (you can find large portable speaker box near the pool area). Beach chairs, an umbrella, beach blankets, towels and a cooler are available for you if you would like to lounge at the beach. In the master suite you will find serene modern design a king size bed, two night stands, a dresser, working desk, and walk in closet. Walk in closet has ironing board, iron and a steamer. The en suite provides a large garden tub to soak in all your worries, large walk in shower, and double sink. There is a second master en suite on the opposite side of the house. It has beautiful views of the pool as well as lush greenery outside. The room has a queen size bed, built in closet, chest of drawers, 2 night stands, and 2 lamps and its own private bathroom equipped with bath/shower combination, sink, and toilet. Third bedroom featuring ocean life design will be perfect for kids. It has two full size beds that can be standing separately or pushed together for even more fun sleepover party. In the closet, you will find kids toys, books, potty (of you are potty training your little ones), toiler seat for toddlers, and pack and play. Kids bedroom is sharing the bathroom with second master en suite. Forth bedroom, facing the front of the house, has queen size bed, built in closet, chest of drawers and its own private bathroom equipped with bath/shower combination. You can take an evening stroll in the beautiful Briarwood Community. In addition, you can enjoy community tennis courts and pools. Kids playground is our favorite! Note: We have two outdoor security cameras - one facing the driveway and one in the back facing the access area of the pool lenai door. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
