The designer kitchen was installed this year and has beautiful white quartz surfaces. The formal dining area is both elegant and relaxing. The two master suites both have king beds with excellent new mattresses. The master bathroom has been completely remodeled by a top Naples bathroom designer. And this bedroom features a new SleepNumber mattress, meaning you can control the firmness of the mattress. Our large lanai and huge yard surround our spacious heated pool. (Electric pool heat, recommended in winter, is available at extra cost) The lanai is fully furnished, so you can dine and relax outside, effectively giving you another beautful living space. The vegetation is mature and luxuriant, you will be surrounded by banana trees, exotic palms and rubber plants. And when you leave, you will find the sophisticated pleasures of Naples on your doorstep. Park Shore has a private beach park for residents and guests only and we will be providing you with a pass so you can use the excellent facilities there. This is a beautiful home in a very special location. There are very few homes in Naples available for rental this close to the beach and in a neighborhood as prosperous Park Shore where homes regularly sell for several million. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
