It is a pet friendly neighborhood so you will see pet walkers on any given day. Bikes available for you to use. You are only a short ride to the beach! Guests will have access to bikes, lawn chairs, washer, dryer. Guests have access to everything in the house; it's all there for you! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
