About this stay

This property was completely renovated as of December 2023 and includes hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, 3 beds, 2 baths, master has sliders that open to pool deck, amenities include gas stove, WiFi, cable, fire pit, BBQ, pool and washer/dryer. This is such a quaint peaceful neighborhood that is literally around the corner from the beach and a few minutes away from good restaurants, shopping and nightlife. If you have watercraft, you are welcome to bring them - boats under 20ft, jet skis, kayaks etc. I want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible so have included items like linens, towels, toiletries, etc so all you need to do is bring your suitcase and get ready to relax. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Had a nice time, very clean, quiet street, brand new Weber grill. Disappointed there wasn't a dishwasher, outside furniture needs to be replaced.

The home was a perfect spot for our families spring break trip. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive. Very close to beaches and restaurants and my kids loved fishing off the dock.

The house is nice and it was perfect for our family. The only reason not all stars is the boat ramp is very misleading and where the home is located you can not go in and out during low tide. At low tide the water is less then a foot which makes it where you can’t get to the house or back out.
