The spacious master bedroom features a Smart TV with Google TV, Queen Size Bed, leather loveseat and French doors which open to screened outside living area. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Smart TV with Google TV and large closet. The main living area also has a Smart TV with Google TV, Blu-ray and a Full Sleeper Sofa. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer with plenty of beach towels, bath towels, linens. Wi-fi, Cable, A.C. and heated pool are all part of the rental. The backyard is fully fenced (concrete wall), inground pool heated to 85 degrees in the winter months, lounge chairs, umbrella and plenty of sunshine.
