Minimum age to rent: 25
Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: 2 pets, 20lbs max per pet
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Just leave any used beds unmade.
Check-out instructions: If you notice anything running low, please leave me a note so I can replace it for future guests.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
