The property offers a beautiful entry with a paved driveway and privacy hedge. Guests will have designated parking directly beside the unit, with additional space available if needed. Guests will enjoy complete privacy in their studio apartment, with a separate entrance, private patio, and designated parking space(s). The other side of the home is separately occupied (the children), but both units are private with individual entrances and designated parking spots. Guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, and—if necessary—the sheriff will assist. We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and treat our property, as well as the surrounding community, with care.
