Minimum age to rent: 21
Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 3 total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Check-out time is 11 am. If you require a later checkout, please contact Natasha at least 24 hours in advance and she will do her best to accommodate you.
Check-out instructions: Hose off any beach chairs, toys that you used to remove salt, and kindly put them back in the garage.
Thermostat to 75 degrees
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Commercial photography or filming. No illegal or criminal activity. This includes downloading things from the internet or on the TVs.
No smoking permitted-Guests will be fined a $500.00 fee.
No Parking on the road/grass-This is a county ordinance. Guests will be charged $100 Fine
No pets on the furniture.
We ask that you clean up your pets "droppings".
