First impressions really count, right? Well, you’re sure to be suitably impressed by the front of this 5 bedroom home as you park outside on the large driveway and admire the sheer size of the place. Open the front door, and there’s a good chance you’ll be excited to check out the swimming pool on the screened-in patio. Who’ll be first in your group to take the plunge? Some might prefer to get feet up on one of the sun loungers around the pool before taking a dip. Others will be eager to explore the rest of this air-conditioned beauty of a family home. So here goes. OUTDOOR Florida is all about living life in the sun, and there’s plenty in this property to tempt you to spend time outside, not least that large, heated swimming pool we’ve already mentioned. You’ll also spy a BBQ grill and a wood-fired pizza oven on the patio, which should take care of plenty of mealtimes during your stay (please bring wood or buy supplies while you’re here). OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA AND KITCHEN Your group of up to 10 will no doubt be looking for a large space in which you can all relax, cook and eat together. This room is perfect for that. Twin couches deliver comfy space to sit and talk or watch the smart TV, right next to the kitchen and its island with stools offering extra seating. In a far corner of the room is a dining table where you can sit and enjoy whatever delights have been created in… THE KITCHEN I have you covered when it comes to providing all the kitchen appliances, utensils and storage space you’re likely to need. That includes a big refrigerator and freezer with room to stock just about everyone’s favorite food and drink, a coffee maker to kickstart each new day, plus enough pots, pans and wine glasses to keep everyone happy. There’s also a dishwasher, so cleaning up after meals is easy. Should you need them, there’s a washer and dryer in the house for any emergency clean-ups, and dry-offs that your clothing needs. THE 5 BEDROOMS You get three big suites when you book here. Two are master bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room and a kingsize bed, with one also featuring a sleeper sofa. The third large suite is perfect for younger guests, as it’s a movie theater themed space with 2 single beds, bean bags, large wall-mounted TV and perhaps best of all a popcorn machine on the bar. The remaining two bedrooms are as beautifully presented as the rest of the house, each with a queen bed. All rooms have storage space for your clothes and other belongings. THE 3 BATHROOMS This trio of bright and welcoming rooms where you can freshen up and get ready to go out ought to be enough to ensure no one in your group need wait long for their turn! Each of the spaces features a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin, plus cupboard and shelf space for your lotions, soaps, gels, shampoos etc. YOU ALSO GET… This luxe home comes with 4 bikes you’re welcome to use, plus a selection of beach chairs you can take to your favorite spot on the coast.
