This beautiful and unique designer's house, on a quiet, tree-lined, kid-friendly street is full of features and charm. In the centrally located, trendy neighbourhood of Hillcrest Village/Wychwood Park, accessible to downtown, uptown, TTC, & out of town. Chef's Stainless kitchen and reno'd bathrms. Parking, gated back patio/garden/yard, WiFi, AC, W/D, DW, MW, Fireplace, Jet-Bath, RO Water System, local shopping, dining, etc. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
No Smoking in the house, smoking outside house permitted and cigarette ashes and butts must be properly disposed of and not littered.
Quiet enjoyment of the premises and respectful of neighbours.
Property not to be used for large parties or gatherings.
No guests of guests.
Maximum occupancy 4-5 guests to be arranged with owner.
No moving furniture, artwork, books or personal items without permission of the owner.
No drink glasses placed on rosewood chest that is located in the front entrance.
No towels to be taken out of the house for use at the beach or park.
Thermostat temperatures to not exceed heating maximum of 78 F or 25 C, or a air conditioning maximum of 70 F or 20 C.
Local phone calls only made on local phone provided. Guests responsible for all long distance charges if incurred tobe paid when the owner is made aware of them upon receipt of phone bills.

Excellent
Loved this property and found it to be exactly as we needed. Location is great, close to bus stop and streetcar, or just 15-20 min walk to the subway station.(Streetcar will take you to the station too.) And there's a Loblaws(hope my memory still works) right up the subway station. During our visit in Toronto, we used public transportation and didn't rent a car, but there are plenty parking spaces around the neighborhood.
Ottilie offers a place with so much character, and the extensive personal touches that will make you fell like you're in your home in Toronto. My favourite spot is the kitchen and dining table, and my cousins loved the master bedroom.
We were really lucky to be able to stayed in this place, will definitely visit again someday!

Very helpful host. Well equipped kitchen. Sitting room rather small and dark. Clean and adequate upstairs bedrooms. Garden furniture rather shabby.

Ottilie's is a terrific host - a super-nice person and attentive to every detail. We enjoyed staying in her beautiful home, artfully decorated, a well stocked modern kitchen, and with a gorgeous garden. We enjoyed evenings on the front porch and sampled the excellent bakeries in the neighborhood. We hope to return soon.
