About this stay
We’re offering our brand-new, fully furnished apartment for stays ranging from 1 to 12 weeks. The space includes a comfortable one-bedroom with a queen bed, a bright open-concept living room and kitchen with a pull-out sofa, a dedicated workspace, and a modern bathroom with in-suite washer and dryer. A cot for an additional child is available upon request. Whether you're visiting for work, study, or simply to explore Toronto, we hope our home provides a peaceful and convenient base for your stay. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: less than 22 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
