You will love this area for its walkability - do everything from groceries, to restaurant visits or salon appointments within a 10 minute walk from the condo. If you're driving, you'll have a secured parking spot be 3 minutes from the highway entrance for road trips to Niagara Falls, or drive less than 10 minutes to Costco, Walmart and any other shopping basics. Important notes: - This building is strictly non-smoking, meaning no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, not even on your private balcony. - The second bedroom is a separate space enclosed with blackout curtains - there is no door - A designated parking spot will be assigned to you in the secured resident's garage - Supplies such as coffee, soap, detergent, etc. will be provided for a period that should last you 30 days. - Housekeeping can be separately arranged throughout your stay at an additional cost - Security cameras are in place in the main lobby and shared amenity spaces - there are NO cameras in your unit. - For stays over 90 days, please allow access to the unit for the replacement of your furnace filter Our prices include all fees.
