This modern vacation rental boasts large, open spaces, multiple windows welcoming in plenty of sunshine, and comfortable and stylish furnishings both indoors and out. Prepare everyone`s favorite recipes in the well-equipped, modern kitchen with counter seating and stainless steel appliances. Dine together or bust out the board games at the nearby dining table, and then meet up for movie nights in the living area, where you can switch on the gas fireplace to help set the perfect mood. Outside, gather in the furnished lounge with its own fireplace and TV, recline poolside, and work on your tan while the kids splash and play. When it`s time to call it a night, choose from four comfortable bedrooms, including a phenomenal primary room on the second floor with an en suite spa bath! Private detached mother in-law suite with full bath, closet and queen bed. Guest has the access to the whole house I am available for emergencies or if guests have any questions during their stay. Tom Thumb grocery market is 1 min away ( 7117 inwood rd, Dallas tx 75209 Also, Walmart, target are within 10 mins drive Location is very central. 11 mins to Dallas Downtown 3 car garage and 2 cars can be parked on the driveway. Street parking is available as well Additional amenities and features include a private and onsite washer/dryer and cooling central air-conditioning. ★ Security cameras★ For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard, and one garage door camera this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes. THINGS TO KNOW: * pool is not heated * NO PARTIES OR EVENTS * NO LOUD NOISES OR MUSIC ( please be respectful to the neighbors) * Pool is 5 ft 10 inches deep ( deepest side ) * Pool lights are currently not working • 1 pet per stay is allowed for a fee of $100 will be added • ( no unannounced guests are allowed ) • Parking notes: There is free parking for 5 vehicles ( 2 cars can be parked inside the garage) Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property inside or out Please respect the neighbors NO PARTIES NO UNINVITED GUESTS No music Quiet hours : 10pm to 7 am Our prices include all fees.
