Ideal Location, detailed cleanings , comfortable beds/furniture, and All bedrooms with streaming tv’s are just some of the features your rental offers. Walk to Whole Foods, Tom Thumb, coffee, restaurants and more! Near shopping, trails, and everything Dallas has to offer. No Cable, streaming services only. Must have govt issued ID on account AND provide to host photo of ID prior to stay, no exceptions. NO GATHERINGS IR EVENTS. MUST AGREE TO RULES prior to check-in! Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The townhome worked out great for our trip to Dallas and it was a central location, perfect for our needs. We ended up not using the bottom bedroom because it was too far away from the rest of the family in the upper floors that our daughter was too scared to be that far away.
