Recharge at The City Escape, a relaxing retreat built in the 1960s. Conveniently located just outside of downtown in a upcoming, historic neighborhood, our apartment offers easy access to many of Dallas’ favorite hotspots, making it the perfect base for both exploration and relaxation. Expect original foundation and layout. As a thank-you for booking, guests receive a free coffee at Toasted Coffee Shop, plus complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum. We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections. Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware. Looking forward to welcoming everyone to the Global Cup — the world’s biggest soccer tournament! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
