You will fill at home with the huge master bedroom and bathroom with king size bed, open floor plan, boho style, abundance of natural light, hot tub, pool and deck. Great centralized location with easy access to main highways, shopping and restaurants. 4 min from grocery shops 15 min to dallas love airport 15 min from dfw airport 20 min from downtown HOUSE RULES Treat the house like it's yours ⦁ No parties or events ($500 penalty) ⦁ Pets are welcome, pet fee $50 ⦁ No confetti or a $100 penalty fee will be charge ⦁ Little or no noise after 10:00 pm. ⦁ NO SMOKING inside the house under any circumstances. A fee of $500 will be charged ⦁ No confetti or a $100 penalty fee will be charge SMOKE is allowed OUTDOORS! (Pickup cigarette butts) ⦁ Alarm code is the same as the door code, if alarm will be activated for no reason during your stay and police will come a $150 fee will be charge Cooking Rules No fry foods, turmeric, or curry.
