Featuring 5 bedrooms and a spacious backyard, this retreat is perfect for your family, friends, or business gatherings! You will also find multiple 75” TV’s and a full size arcade basketball game upstairs for the kids (or the inner-kid in you) to always make sure you’re entertained during your stay. Three House rules- 1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed. 2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers). 3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
