Also close to Knox Henderson, Deep Ellum, and other great Dallas attractions. Great for night life! Take an evening stroll to one of the local restaurants, or maybe even grab a drink at one of the walkable bars! Plenty of shops to swing by during the day as well! The home is a very cozy townhouse that doesn’t disappoint! The kitchen is beautiful and extremely open. The bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. It really is a little “Hidden Gem” for your time spent here in Dallas, Texas! 2 Car Garage with a drive way! Parking on the street is available. AC- Adjust the temperature as you please but DO NOT lower past 68 Degrees or over 80 as this will damage the unit. TV- We do not have cable TV. Just Netflix and Apple TV.
