The place is equipped with modern amenities like high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs with free Netflix and Hulu, board games, high quality mattress for a good night sleep, and more! NO PARTY ALLOWED! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: Child have to be under supervision from adult
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties
Pets: Pets allowed: limit 2 total
Pets: Pets are allowed with $200 extra fee per stay
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Smoking: Smoking outdoor (Patio or Front) only
1. Late check out after 10:00 am without confirming will be charged $50 per hour.
2. Smoke inside of property will be charge of $750 odor treatment.
3.Please respect our neighbors with noise disturbance after 10pm and no parking in front of their home at anytime.
4. Pets are welcome with $75 per stay.

Overall the house is very clean and rooms are good as described. It’s not a quiet neighborhood.street parking is busy.
