There are three stylish bedrooms spread across two levels, plus an additional sleeping area in one of the living rooms. The first bedroom on the 3rd floor is a king suite, with a plush king-size mattress and two walk-in closets to ensure that you are able to settle into this home away from home. Enjoy the privacy of a Smart TV exclusive to this bedroom. The adjoined patio offers the ability to take in the surrounding views from three stories up. This bedroom has a sleek ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The second suite on the 3rd floor also has a king-sized bed, a TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The third bedroom is on the first floor and is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and full bathroom just outside the hallway. The secondary living room doubles as a fourth sleeping area, with two double beds to accommodate additional guests. There is also a half bathroom for the common areas. The layout is nearly identical with the exception that 5100 has an additional bedroom downstairs. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
