Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely No parties or unauthorized gatherings consisting of guests not disclosed in the reservation. No smoking in the home. $500 fine associated.
