This is a non-smoking apartment. We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 pet per stay for 30 day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty of $300, if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Parties and events are not permitted. Please turn lights off if you are not home. Please keep the front door locked. Charging electric vehicles on the premises is not permitted. No loud music. We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
