Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
No parties. Quiet hours begin at 10pm-8am. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly
All pets must be disclosed/approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will have a $50 fee per pet.
A $250 fee will be charged if a smoke or vape detector is triggered, to cover the use of Ozone cleaning equipment.

Came to Dallas for training, this apartment is in the arts district which has great amenities all around. No shortage of restaurants to go to. The space was perfect, bed comfortable, host was accommodating. Good place to stay.
