Minimum age to rent: 18
Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking/vaping, including hookahs/cigars. Inside or on premises. $100 cleaning fee applies. Violations may result in fines up to $500
Pool Access
All guests must wear bracelets to access the pool area. Bracelets provided upon check-in.
Lost pool bracelets will incur a $25 charge.
No Parties
