This newly furnished minimalist style 4 bed 2 bath home sleeps 8 and is located next to all the local favorites including Shoreline Park, Mesa Lane beach, Lazy Acres shopping center, The Harbor, and 1 mile to downtown. The home is equipped with a fire pit sitting area, corn hole, an outdoor grill, and a 65 inch flat screen TV with streaming apps. The house had an odd smell, like it had been a house where smokers lived. The odor was the first thing that hit us when we entered. Thus, we had to leave windows open.
There wasn’t soap in one of the bathrooms, no shampoo in the other. There is peeling paint in the master bath, and a missing towel bar.

The location was great we walked to coffee in the morning a little older than we had thought and the propane was out so we could not use the fire pit also the sink under the kitchen has some horrible odor. It was quite strong & mildewy I believe there was water leaking

We did enjoy our stay in this beautiful home but there were some things that the owners should address:Only two mugs were supplied (we had 6 adults), one wine glass. No dish soap, no matches or lighter to light the outside fire pit. Chair by tv had a stripped screw so unusable and unsafe. Some of the window latches were nearly impossible to open and were broken. With just a little more maintenance, this would be really great.
