New construction, 1-bedroom bungalow, with sunny full kitchen and farmhouse sink, a soaking tub, in-house laundry, private entry and fenced-in patio. 10 minute walk to East Beach; 5 min drive to the Funk Zone. 1-Block to Sprouts and Jack's Bagels. Family friendly and pets welcome with prior approval and fee. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. Especially no wet wipes, thank you.

Excellent
This was a perfect spot for me while here working for the week. It’s in a great central location and was super comfortable and homey. It was also super charming to have the avocado tree in the front yard!

Clean efficient little spot. Walk to the beach and short drive to everything else. Nice location with a little street noise thrown in.

Great place, only 10 min. Walk to beach. 6 min to Sprouts.Nice little yard for dogs. A very minor thing is the stain on the rug shouts out to you as you first enter.Would definitely stay again

The owners here for this Cute Beach Bungalow are super nice, one of the best beaches in all of Santa Barbara, East Beach, is only a two minute drive away...15 minutes if you walk. This place has all you really need a cool kitchenette, very nice bathroom, laundry too, the bed is super comfy...you even have a great little yard of your own - My wife and I really enjoyed the fact the Jack's Bistro & Famous Bagels & Sprouts are only a two minute walk away, took advantage of this several times. You'll enjoy your stay here and get that Beach Bungalow feel all at the same time!

Noisy due to local surface traffic. No air conditioning, but that was ok due to cooler nights. Overall pleasant.
