About this stay
The house is located in the heart of Old Town, two blocks from State Street and an 9 minute walk to the beach and Stern's Wharf (I timed it!). With on-premise parking, You won't have to drive unless you have a specific destination farther away. Built in 1925, the house is very unique and I've designed the interiors to maximize the experience of a true \ retreat. the vibe is beach, meets south of France, meets old world charm. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check in after 3:00 PM
Minimum age to rent: 18
Check out before 12:00 PM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total)
Pets: Charges apply if evidence of pet is left.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Clean up after your pet and no pet fur on furniture. Charges will be applied if extra cleaning is required.
Please be respectful of the house and contents. They are my personal things. Try not to bang luggage into walls and such. Thanks!

Excellent
Location is perfect for all ages and activities in SB, The house is charming, comfortable and so so well located for Saturday Farmer’s Market, beach, museums, history, restaurants and nightlife. With outside space. You really can’t beat it.

What a great location to spend a month getting to know Santa Barbara! Perfectly situated to easily reach restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. The house is well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Dawn was super responsive and helpful. I look forward to returning!
