Close to beaches, hiking trails, state street & downtown. Free & ample street parking. Coin/App Laundry below unit and hiking trails just down the street. Master Bedroom has king bed, with futon in the loft and queen air mattress available. Desk and extra monitor available in the loft. Communal Hot Tub, Sauna & Pool for Use. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent
We enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s lofted apartment, & it was the perfect location - all of our Santa Barbara adventures in the Funk Zone/on State Street were only 7-12 minutes away! We were also very close to the beaches & hiking trails we wanted to explore (no more than 15-30 minutes)! This simple, lofted unit is very pet-friendly, as well, with a patio for your furry friend to use to “patrol” & green space just outside the door for a quick potty! There’s an assigned parking spot that makes getting in & out easy, & the kitchen was fully stocked with the utensils that we needed. There were also plenty of extra towels on hand, which was another bonus for us. Thanks for the great stay, Stephanie!
