Awake each morning to stunning views of Santa Barbara and the mountains beyond from this hilltop setting. Located in one of Santa Barbara’s most desirable neighborhoods, this condo is situated in a quiet area but has quick access to beaches, parks and shopping in the Mesa area.
This condo was completely remodeled in 2018 and has all new appliances. In 2021, the owners redecorated the unit with modern Scandinavian furniture and artwork that complements the Santa Barbara setting. The comfortable living room looks out to the garden and patio which is excellent for entertainment with wonderful views. The patio has a dining table and new Weber grill.
The kitchen has everything for any cooking and baking you might want to do. The downstairs has a half-bath while the upstairs has a split bathroom (shower and toilet in one room, and wash area in another) located between the two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a full-size desk and its window overlooks the quiet courtyard.

Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Utilities over the monthly maximum of $200.00 will be paid by guest. Housekeeping is required every 2 weeks at extra cost billed by housekeeper.
The tenant shall receive HOA governing documents and all guests will be subject to their provisions. Failure to abide by the rules is a lease default.
A small dog may be accepted, but needs to be approved prior to booking. We can't guarantee the use of HOA amenities if required maintenance occurs.
