We charge a $199 pet fee for 1 dog. Extra $50 for additional dog. 2 dogs max. 40 lb limit per dog. Sorry, no cats.

Our occupancy limit (3 people) applies to overnight guests and also to any visitors on our property, whether or not they sleep over
NOISE RULES: *This is not a party house* Quiet hours after 10pm and no use of outdoors past 10pm. No music past 6pm. THANK YOU :)

Excellent
We were here for a week with our dog and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed with great outdoor space. The location is an easy drive to the dog beach and State Street/Funk Zone. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara and loved the location of our little bungalow! The proximity to the beach and downtown was perfect as was the walking areas to access the beach.
