About this stay
Charming cottage in downtown. This two bedroom one bath house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Including a large backyard with parking and two sitting areas, one in the backyard and one in the front yard. A grill and fully stocked kitchen are also available for your use. The home also has a reading nook in the living room. *Please note that the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms. * Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. If approved there will be a 25.00 fee. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We really enjoyed staying at this house for our week in Santa Barbara. Easy check-in, great open space, and spacious backyard. It was a short walk to State street and very close to a cute 'pocket' park.
