The property consists of 8 apartments. 4 on the ground level and 4 on the second. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, appliances, and other amenities, dining & living rooms, bathroom, laundry, & one off-street car park. Additional street parking runs parallel to the front of the building. Pet Friendly. Minimum 27 age requirement. All adult guest’s must provide government issued ID at time of booking & sign/return Booking Agreement The tropical courtyard has a water fountain & bistro tables for your outdoor enjoyment. East Beach is just across the street ~ plan on walking. Beach chairs & beach towels provided. We are located, within walking distance to local restaurants, Santa Barbara’s best beaches, museums, SB Zoo, aquarium, Funk Zone, Montecito, & parks. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
