This lovely second floor retreat is perfect for the vacation or corporate traveler seeking a private furnished rental. The location is ideal! It’s a 3-minute walk to Sprouts, Rite Aid, and coffee shops, electric bike rentals and Trader Joe’s is 7 minutes away, 5-10 minutes to several very good restaurants. For those of you familiar with Julia Child's she put \ on the map! Best authentic Mexican food in town. The Santa Barbara Bowl is a 20-minute walk, best concert venue in Southern California. East Beach is a 5 minute drive, it doesn't get much better than this! Make this your getaway retreat with many happy returns! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check out before 10:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 3-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Housekeeping will be required every 2 weeks and will be an additional cost to the guest that is billed by our housekeeper.
A monthly utility fee of $100 will be charged to the guest and this is an additional cost.
